I felt like the customer service was what was lacking throughout this whole process. In fact I almost didn't have my car repaired here because customer service and communication wasn't that great. It wasn't negative but it just was blah. I guess I am used to small town and local shops where people are inviting , take the time to explain things and make you feel like you can trust them. That is what I was looking for here.
