The Johnstown branch failed to contact me at every time they were supposed to- to let me know my vehicle had been looked at for a quote, to schedule for repair after insurance had approved repair and that my car was finished. For 2 days! Horrible communication at Johnstown office would never recommend to anyone

Good communication throughout repair . I would have liked to receive pictures of it during the process tho . Repair was completed very well and vehicle was returned very clean . Overall very satisfied and wouldn’t hesitate to use Gerber in the future. Thank you to everyone involved!
