Although I was very disappointed when the vehicle was initially returned to me with the issue still unresolved because it was determined that the issue was not related to the accident, I appreciate that we were able to discuss it again and that, ultimately, you took care of the repairs properly. This rating only because of the alignment of bumper and the tow caps not fitting properly and thus wasn’t taken care of before I picked up my car. If I hadn’t noticed these things nothing would have been addressed

She explained everything so thoroughly, updated me regularly; was so respectful and gracious throughout the process. Frank Calabro went above and beyond to make sure a last issue was resolved. He responded in a very courteous, time sensitive manner. I would definitely recommend Gerber of Verona, PA to all of my family and friends in Pittsburgh.
