My experience with the Gerber collision off of Marlboro Pike in Upper Marlboro is always amazing. That's why I keep coming back for all of my vehicle care needs. Michelle, my service technician/provider is one of the most professional and personable people I have ever encountered. Miss Rita attends to the front like an absolute professional. The both of them together has made this experience, once again the most amazing. Additionally, which I guess I could have mentioned first is the quality of the work that is done on my vehicle. They always go above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied. They use only the best parts and provide the best service of all time. Thank you for making this experience and any experience that I have with you all the most stress-free and pleasant.

Oh my, the costumer service was outstanding. Rita, girl, has the patience, the personality, friendly smile of what a customer service person should be about. The Service rep was very perfessional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone. I think I have found a company who cares about my concerns and not just about the $. I was very satisfied. The repair of the truck and customer service were outstanding. I discovered the bed cover is misaligned after I opened it, and it wouldn't close and lock. I'll need to return next week for adjustment as the technicians had left for the day, and the shop is closed on weekends.

The staff at Gerber in Upper Marlboro, MD was amazing. They kept me informed on my repairs, next steps and options. They worked directly with insurance and the rental car company. They made the process easy and Ms. Rita the office manager was welcoming, friendly and professional. She made sure that I was comfortable with leaving my car and gave interesting facts about the business. I would recommend this location to anyone.
