The staff is personable and professional. The intake process is smooth and intake person is so pleasant. Phil kept me updated appropriately and was sincere about trying to do everything in his power to have all repairs done to satisfaction. He also implored me get back to Gerber with anything that was not satisfactory or not operating efficiently. This a top flight company!

The turn around service to repair my car was much sooner than previously indicated. Once my car was taken to your shop I received updates about the cost. When I arrived the gentleman on the lot asked what kind of car I was picking up and I told him. I go inside and the lady at the desk takes care of me in a professional manner. The guy who asked about my car comes in and apologizes for not getting the car sooner but it was perfect timing. He gets the keys and goes to get my car and then comes back to give me the keys. I am so pleased with the service and professionalism from everyone . Thank you so much!! May God bless each of you!!!!
