When I left my car to have the front grill replaced, I never thought that there was also damage to my radiator and carburetor. Gerber identified and fixed this problem - I left feeling it was a really good thing that I had my grill repaired - that I thought was a cosmetic fix - to find out that Gerber protected me against real mechanical problems to my vehicle. In addition, Gerber made the repairs earlier than expected - and I was very happy to have my car returned to me.

When the technician showed me the repair, they mentioned that the work was more than cosmetic - there was actually a repair to my radiator that was needed. Making this repair protected me from further damage in the future. I have another repair on the books that I trust Gerber to make for me.
