From beginning to end the experience was satisfying. Intake and drop off was easy. Estimator Michelle thoroughly explained the process. Assistance was also given by her with a need to contact the insurance company and arrange for a loaner vehicle. Loaner vehicle -no problem. Periodic contacts were made by phone and text. Drop off of the loaner at the shop made things easy for me. Check out and pick up was also done in a timely way. Body repair done on my suv looks good. This is a clean and comfortable facility. Employees are very courteous. I would recommend this Gerber Shop to others.

Gerber was very professional, from the receptionist-Rita to Emerson. Gerber delivered the vehicle 2 days earlier than was promised. The quality of the work and the appearance of the finished product were spectacular.

Soon as my car was able to go in for repair Ms.Rita contacted me immediately to set up a date and time that worked for my schedule. Also, when I arrived Ms. Rita was very professional and knowledgeable of the situation and carefully explained all steps that I needed to take and another Rep would be taking care of me. Michelle ( I hope I have the lady with the colorful hair again she was so helpful )was very friendly and easy to speak with regarding the process of everything. They both assured me that my brand new car would be in good hands and keep me updated as the repairs were being done. My vehicle did not take that long to be fixed compared to the estimated time frame I was given which made me even more excited. Overall , gerber has been wonderful and I would definitely recommend.Your staff is doing a wonderful job .
