Missed repairing back blinker on same side that was damaged from wreck. It went out the same exact time as wreck so it is some how connected to the front blinker.

The customer service was wonderful. I knew immediately what the approx cost was. The Estimator Gabrielle did an awesome job. She went out of her to get an additional part that was needed. Just to have our car ready to go when we got there. That is totally old fashioned great customer service. The repair of my door handle was handled quickly and efficiently! I will definitely recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to our friends and families. Thank you again !

From beginning to end this was the best experience I've ever had! The communication from beginning to end was elite! They were extremely clear at all points in the process and kept me informed via text messsge! They let me know what to expect from the beginning and told me exactly how long it would take to complete the job and everything went exactly to plan. I 100% know that if anything would have changed then they would've let me know immediately! But nothing changed & my vehicle was ready on the exact date they quoted me from the beginning! I didn't have to call them one single time to get any info from them on my truck which was so refreshing bc I had to use another local shop and they had my truck for almost 6mos and there was absolutely zero communication from them. I had to call them 2-3 times a month to stay informed on what was going on and that was very frustrating to me.

Sorry folks but I will never use Gerber again after this. I have already talked to Allstate and told them my opinion and whether or not they do anything is up to them. I will say the paint job does look good, but the service was absolutely horrific. Except for the two ladies upfront, Gabby, and Katie.

The paint quality looks great! The assembly back together…..?, not so much! My tool box was not tightened down and when I got home that first day I noticed the tool box had moved. After looking at it the bolts were not tightened at all! The emblem on the fender well Gerber replaced (STX sticker) is not level. It’s not off by much but not level is not right.

The rating would be lower if it were not for the great service the two young ladies up front gave me. The reason for the low score is because I was told it would be in the shop a week and a half. Finally after a month I get my truck back only to find those before mentioned problems. Allstate called to check on it and was told the painter was out a few days. Really? Is that the only painter Gerber can afford after the bill Allstate got? That is sad and unacceptable.
