Quickest turnaround I have ever had with a car repair. While the insurance did cover it was higher than the two estimates I received personally. So yes a little pricey which would have turned me an away for out of pocket expenses. But! Gerber worked hand-in-hand with the insurance company to make it a seamless process any complications. Their staff was polite, knowledgeable and professional. I was a little frustrated when I went in for an estimate and they wanted me to leave my car right then. I wasn't prepared for that. But after I got my ducks in a row, things went very well. The coordinator was very communicative and helpful, and things went like clockwork. They estimated it would take 2 weeks to do my car and it was ready in 4 days.
