there was still a missing bumper clip on my car as well as a hole in the black part of the back of the bumper. I was willing to overlook the scratches that weren’t completely buffed out before painting over and the paint that wasn’t smoothed out before drying because it’s really not that noticeable but the bumper clip worries me that the bumper will eventually not be flush with the vehicle or possibly come loose somehow.

The amount and clarity of communication was great. The receptionist and the other gal in the office made me feel like I was valued as a customer. I especially appreciated Louie (the estimator) who answered all of my questions and explained things to me about the details of the repairs. Louie was top notch! Overall very good experience with all at Gerber.
