I would not refer a homeless person to you guys at all. Worst experience I have ever had. And like I said louie is the worst person to be in the job he has. I would never come back and I'm going to make sure everyone I know does not go there. And I'm hoping that other people would listen to my horror story.

Louie was one of the rudest people I have ever met. I called all week to make sure my car was going to be done on the day it was supposed to. The continued to tell me yes. 2 hours before on the day I was to go pick it up louie would not let me. He said he needed a supplemental check from them. I told him I called all week why didn't you say something then I could have called them. I had to wait 6 days extra to get my car. He lied and said he spoke to people who said he never did and adamarie at state nation can tell you he lied and she attached it to a e-mail to the guy he lied on her number is 855-962-5246 x1428. He also lied on t'lon at travis credit union. 707-469-1632. He laughed at me, he talked rude to me, and I have had 2 cars at that place this was the 3rd time. And it was Natomas auto body. I will never in my life come back there again. And I will tell people never to go there. This was the worst experience I have had in my life especially with someone so rude and cocky.. oh and someone smoked cigarettes in my car.. how do I know I quit smoking in 2015 I will never forget that smell. So like I said I will never ever fo here again a d I will recommend no one else does either

Gerber did a great job on my Fiat. It had stone stone damage from a truck spilling rock on my car. Looks better than new. The team are friendly and also competent. Good job!
