The main 2 dents I needed fixed were taken care of really well. I liked that other road rashes were also taken care of with the right paint. One of the 3 dents i had showed were not fixed of because they couldn’t find it - it was very subtle and arguably hard to see if not in perfect light. That’s why I’m giving a 9.

From the moment I first called in, Angie was exceptionally communicative, warm, and kind, setting a wonderful first impression of the shop. When I went in person, Alexis was equally great and welcoming. I met with John, who looked over my car and provided a very reasonable quote, promising to turn it around as quickly as possible. When I dropped the car off, the team continued to be fantastic. During the repair, an unforeseen issue came up that required an additional part, but they were completely transparent about the cost and the exact reason for the increase. To top it off, they ended up saving on costs—which they clearly explained and passed along. When I picked up the car, it looked like nothing had ever happened to it. The quality of the work is top-tier. I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism, transparency, and kindness. I would highly recommend them to anyone for their auto body needs, and they have earned a customer for life.
