Chris was unbelievably rude. Anything we questioned, he said it was like that before they "repaired" it. The top of a tree fell 40 feet and landed on the windshield and hood of my car. How can you make a statement like that? I have a scrape in the clear coat on the top of the front bumper. There's a cracked lens cover on a light. My husband was told it was from a rock chip. The same tree bounced off the car and dented the garage door. The headlight was scratched and they filled it. It looks like a kindergartener smeared fingernail polish on it. There are a multitude of chips around the grill they replaced. My husband was told it was a bad paint job from a previous repair. There hasn't been a previous repair. I was cussed at by Duwayne when I wanted to make an appointment to have the mirror put on. Chris has met with my employer. Dwayne called my employer to tell her he just snapped. Neither one of them has ever apologized to me or my husband, the customer. I have used their services in the past (under different ownership) and was very pleased. We will never use, nor recommend Gerry Counts again.

Not a single employee introduced themselves as to what their role with the company was. We never knew if we talking with the owner, a shop steward, manager, or receptionist.

The cab corners and rockers look great. There are some hail dents that were missed that I just found but otherwise wise it looks pretty good
