Brought my car here for them to repair my back bumper from a car accident. They repaired it in a reasonable amount of time. When I picked up my car they cleaned the entire inside had it smelling so good and clean. I am very pleased with the work they did I highly recommend anyone who needs repairs to go to Gatorland Toyota collision center.

For above issues...car looked great...if there were no time limit for me, and if battery was replaced I would highly recommend..even if I had to pay extra for battery. I am senior citizen, very much inconvenient and hard to get help at that time (rush hour, dinner time)

Took too long...had to pay car rental when wasn't done as scheduled...gave back to me with a dead battery...they had too jump it for me to leave...said I would be okay. First time I turned car off at store..dead battery. Had to wait hours to get help.

Staff did not advise of policy update to payment method acceptance. Also you are rushed to sign forms when you bring the vehicle in and rushed out as if you are number and not a customer.

The passenger door doesn’t consistently close all the way. It partially closes unless you close it harder than normal and the dome lights stay on so it has to be opened and closed again.

The guys at the counter and the guy who inspected the car with me were great. Give them raises! They were extremely fast, polite, helpful, informative, funny, nice, knowledgeable, etc. the two guys at the front desk and the guy who inspected the car would be the only reason I’d consider going back there for repairs because hopefully I’d get a different technician that cared about the quality of their work next time.
