Know i am not satisfied, the radio in the car doesn't work and the check engine light is coming on. My daughter was told by the collision center that it wasn't apart of the accident. Although ,the radio was working fine the day before the accident. As a 20 year mechanic, it is my opinion that something inside the radio must have gotton broke upon impact. She was advised by the collision center to take it to the service dept. The service dept told her that it was not covered under warranty and it would be 3,000 dollars to fix. This is unexceptable.I am very disappointed that this was not addressed at all, even after they were told it was working before the accident. From what I understand this car cannot work properly without the radio and it's functions. The climate control and backup camera are apart of the unit. Like I said the radio worked fine and the check engine light was not on the day before the accident. It is my hope that somebody will contact me ASAP to get this issue resolved and I will contact geico in the morning to try and figure out why this problem was not adressed.I can be reached at 352-210-8487 home 352-672-5339 cell.
