Bryan Fisher was wonderful to work with! The body work was fine and I am satisfied with that. The front office staff and employees were unprofessional, rude, dismissive towards me. They clearly did not communicate with one another regarding my claim and Gatorland did not have a rental care reserved for me resulting in a 2 hour wait at the rental car office. Poor poor customer service in my opinion.
