Everything was ready on time. Gatorland worked directly with State Farm so I didn't need to act as an intermediary. All the work was explained to me and all the staff members I met and interacted with treated me with friendliness and respect. The work met all my expectations and they explained how I should maintain the painted surfaces over the first month after receiving my car back.
