Finally, a BODYSHOP that really knows how to do fine work I could not find one flaw and to my surprise they even detailed the inside of the car which made me super happy and Jose, a really great guy to deal with very professional and very helpful and had the car done in three days beautiful I will definitely keep this shop in mind. Overall, I appreciate the effort and professionalism shown throughout the repair process. Both Jose and Jorge were kind, patient, and genuinely tried their best to make things right. They communicated respectfully, made multiple attempts to correct the issues, and even detailed the vehicle after returning it. That said, after more than two weeks and three repair attempts, the vehicle was unfortunately not restored to its original pre-loss condition. The quarter panel replacement itself appears well done. However, the paint matching process became increasingly problematic. Initially, the bumper was partially painted to blend with the new quarter panel, but the color did not match properly. During the second attempt, the driver side rear door was painted in an effort to blend the repair, and despite additional repainting and approximately four buffing attempts, the color remained noticeably off with a yellow tint compared to the adjacent panels. On the third attempt, the driver’s door was also painted, and it appears the front quarter panel may have been lightly blended as well. At that point, approximately 80–90% of the driver’s side of a nearly new 2025 Honda Hybrid Touring with only 7,500 miles had been repainted for what began as a relatively minor accident. While the color was eventually brought closer to a match, the repeated painting and buffing left both doors showing signs of repair, including slight rippling and reduced luster compared to the factory finish. I truly believe the team made every reasonable effort to achieve the best possible outcome, and I appreciate their patience and customer service. However, the final result still falls short of the vehicle’s original factory appearance and condition.
