Referred to Giant from State Farm following auto claim for estimate. Work was completed promptly and when issue regarding the initial completeness of repair arose, it was promptly addressed and fixed as needed. I would recommend this body shop to others.

Satisfied because the quality of the paint job and repair appear good overall. Took a few trips to resolve some issues that weren't fixed initially, but the team was good about taking care of the problems when identified. Ideally would it have all been perfect at the first go? Yes, but life isn't perfect, and all you can do is ask that things get taken care of properly (which they were). I would have no issue recommending this shop.
