Super sweet here! I had a Car accident and they fixed everything and worked with all state seamlessly! Then had a small miscommunication about a lingering issue upon pickup, but it was fixed immediately within the week without hesitation! Plus they have a cute junkyard dog that’s super sweet and loving while you wait :) I would def go back to Giant Motors!!

Totally satisfied 10 with the repairs that were done. But there are still several open remaining issues. Jorge said he would address but we haven’t been able to set up an appointment. Washer fluid empties even after being full and no use. We are passenger tire pressure drops. Even after being refilled twice. Driver side AC fan does not work. Multiple alert alerts still appear. Active start stop, and active traffic sign assist

The fixed right tail light doesn’t look exactly like the other one. The spaces are larger and doesn’t fit perfectly as it should. Also they said it will be ready Thursday but it was ready on Friday. It wasn’t a big job so I expected to be done perfectly, but it wasn’t the case apparently. Another thing they said the car will be washed and detailed. It was washed with water on the outside but inside it was so dirty and they left some screws inside. I keep my car very cleaned and also the day before I brought the car to them I just washed it interior/exterior. I don’t think you should receive the car dirtier than you brought it.

Over all they did a great job even though we did need to return for a few things that missed the QA process at the end, but their customer service is beyond great for Miami businesses and they were very accommodating with pick up towing and when it was time to return the car.
