I went to get my car the parts that were repaired were damaged also a headlight out and. Missing knob also rude owner talked over me tried to tell at me after. I left the shop and rental was returned. I have to come back for replacement part and a day later a noUse in my car as i turned left and right I called shop to advcome se Car needs to be looked at again and owner was upset I had to call claims and speak to. A manager of the contracted auto repair site. And they really bringing me a car loaner .

Jerry and Barabara were very nice during the process. Liberty Mutual told me to go to Gillette for an estimated as they are in your network. I had went to several auto bodies but after meeting Jerry and Barbara I knew this was the shop I wanted my car repaired at.
