Gillette Auto Body is an excellent body shop. Excellent customer service and communication. They were able to schedule me in for an estimate immediately and start work as soon as the parts arrived. There were some unforeseen circumstances that was out of their control which delayed the completion of my car, but it was always communicated as soon as the issue was known. They went out of the way to resolve one of the issues on their own expense so I can get my car back sooner. And reworked a very very minor issue that is not really apparent to anyone but me without complaints. Overall, I am an extremely satisfied customer and I will recommend Gillette to anyone in need of an auto body shop.
