Overall, I am very satisfied with the repairs to my vehicle. Taylor was cusrteous when I spoke with him. However, the communication should have been more frequesnt.

The main repairs wer done beautifully. My vehicle looks new again. They did notice that one of my wioper balades desperately need to be replaced but didn't offer to replace it I would've appreciated it if they had, even if I had to pay for them to replace it

I had a good experience with Mr. Tailor who was able to answer my questions and concerns. The car door looks good and works as it should, but I believe the shop had my door open while working on it. There is a film of possible clear coat that made its way in to the interior of my car. It can be felt over the dashboard, wheel, and other front seat compartments.

I realized after the fact that one of the safety sensors for the car at the bottom of the grille did not have a cover to protect it (as it did have one before damage to the car happened) which was frustrating.

I really appreciated the service I received from Mr. Justin; he was always very kind, and whenever I had a question, he always had an answer.
