GM, I have not picked my Jeep up yet. I just saw a text stating I picked up my Jeep and am very concerned because I have not! I had to call regarding the status due to a wheel lock, I called on Tuesday to find out the status and and was waiting for a more information. I am not satisfied with the service I have had thus far. I came by on a Saturday to check and was left there after speaking with a gentleman. Another man came in, he was driving a blue Subaru with some goldish trim and started talking to the guy that was supposed to be helping me and they walked to the back of the office and just left me there waiting. I would not treat my customers that way. It was disappointing. I want my jeep finished and returned. Can someone please call me today

The Store is fine, but the rental car make me trouble, I am scared

I brought my car here for repair, it seemed fine, but they provided the rental car company trouble. When I come to pickup my car , they told me to leave the rental car behind, I did not note any damage when I returned the rental car. I went home, the rental car call me and blaming me damage their car and they wanted me the claim number from my insurance ,I asked them the evidence about damage car, they not give for me anything , They just call blame on me and automatic took money from my bank account $517,78, I surprise, they just called me blamed on me and they not so up any about the evidence , I am still waiting from them the evidence,and they automatic took my money, I texted them and they tell me much come to their store for the evidence , I am a women, they make me feel like a victim because they call me , blaming on me , and automatic took money with not so me any evidence, and they tell me much to come their store for the evidence .
