This was best best experience a person could ask for. Those tht handled my case were awesome. I'm not sure of all that were involved but I thank all of them. I was upset and very leary about taking my car In thinki by they would be out for the ins company but it was the best I could hope for. Everyone was kind, friendly and helpful. What i like most was the text message updates daily. I knew exactly the status of things as they happened. Great team I would return if i needed and also refer.

First and foremost, my car was delivered on time as promised. Also, the level of attention I received from Justen was great. However, there are details about the actual work on my car that needs to be addressed. There is a "dull" spot on the leading edge of the hood where it meets the left side headlight. It is most noticeable in direct sun light. My busy work schedule has prevented me from bring the car in for inspection. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Best regards, Max
