Body work is a 10 but this rating is based upon a lot of paint discrepancies found after leaving the shop.

Because of the multiple calls about the discrepancies, I detected a little frustration..insensitive to my frustrations. After emotions settled, Vince rectified the problems with an apology..spoke volumes!! That earned them a rating of 11

Didn’t fix the backup sensors even though they were in the fix quote. They also replaced the old black banged up top piece on the bumper. The piece should have been replaced with the new bumper cover.

OFFICE STAFF AT Glacier were very helpful and informative on what is to take place and that they will keep me updated on the progress of the repair which they did. They also informed me on how the rental car procedure works and that the vehicle can be turned into Glacier rather than having to take it to the rental agency which worked out great. The repair appears to be well done and in an expeditious manner. I am very satisfied with Glacier Auto Works.
