The wrong door was ordered, which delayed the repair by a few weeks. When we picked up the vehicle the automatic door was not working, so we had to leave it. Everything was made right, but now the seat belt behind that door doesn’t work. I think overall I would still recommend this place because they are professional but this repair didn’t go very smoothly.

When I picked up the car, the front tire on the right side (where the damage was) had little air in it (17 units) which might have happened from the damage or repairs but I don’t know. Haven’t called them to tell them about it but you should check that before handing it back

While I was treated well at the front desk, I did have an issue after picking up the vechicle. I lost my decals when the windshield was replaced, including the car wash code. I had to replace those myself. Those should either have been placed on the new windshield, or kept seperate for me. They should not have been discarded

I was very pleased with my experience. Only complaint is that I was told I would be able to pick up my vehicle on a friday and couldn't until the end of the next Monday. I had to arrange another person to drop me off at there shop. Not a huge deal but I was expecting to be able to pick my vehicle up when I was originally told it would be done. Every time I called the staff was very nice and informative though. They did an excellent job.
