Early on, I would have appreciated updates regarding the time to get it repaired. I stopped by one week later and Vince was very friendly and explained everything, but a phone call or email would have been nice.

The only issue I had was the work wasn't started for a few weeks because they said they didn't have the keys. Nobody let me know they were missing keys. I showed up one day to see if there was any estimate for completion when they metioned they were missing keys. They told me to leave them in the drivers side floor, which is right where we found them.

If insurance was paying for it I would say that I would put it at a 10 but it is a little spendy and iof I were paying out of pocket, that would be a consideration
