They failed to fix the primary issue with my vehicle. The second I walked up to my car I could tell they hadn't even started work on the tire, but remembered to wash the car. Clean broken car is useless to a dirty fixed car. There was also scratches on the car that weren't there before hand.

Elissa, the front desk person was great. She always had informed information for me when I needed it. The location of the shop being in Eagle River was a huge benefit. Glacier Auto was recommended to us by friends Mathew Hickey.

Honestly, I was dreading the idea of having to go through the process of working with an auto body shop to get the repairs done. Boy was I surprised to learn how things have changed. The whole experience was great. From how Glacier Auto communicated with us and our adjuster to being able to leave our rental car at the shop when we picked up our vehicle. Great job everyone. there was a strong chemical smell for over a week after the work was completed. No one mentioned that when I picked my car up so not sure if it was normal or not.
