Repairs took longer than originally stated. Glacier staff were great with communication, keeping me updated on progress of repair. Liked how rental car was dropped off and picked up at their establishment. When speaking with friends and coworkers I was made aware this doesn't occur at shops they use. I have used them for repairs in the past and would be comfortable doing so in the future.

It would have been nice to have an update once a week about the status of the vehicle and repairs. However, the staff had no issues with me calling as many times as I needed to get that information.
