Great shop and good work. I just wish Travelers would have approved them to get the hood correct. The hood itself looks a bit worse than when it when in.

Overall, Glass and sons was great. They quickly realized they had forgotten to replace the running board and took care of it promptly. I was a bit disappointed that Travelers did not approve them to repair small imperfections in the hood. The hood was not damaged in the accident, but had to be refinished for color matching to the fenders. I was unaware of the decision to redo the hood and Glass and Sons said at pick up that they were not approved to touch small rock chips in the hood paint prior to refinishing. When refinish without repair, the chip stand out significantly in the new clear coat.
