They installed a defective silver trim piece that goes over the bumper. The piece looked like it had a thick layer of liquid gloss globbed over the sliver part making it look like it had ripples on it. Then when I went to get the second one installed they received another defective part where the paint was “spidering” on the part and either they will have to order a third part or repaint it themselves. They said the parts come already painted that they receive from Shaheen Chevrolet. I’m frustrated because I feel the piece should have been looked at prior to installing the first time. Now I’ve had to run out my vehicle a second time to get the part repaired and the replacement happened to also come in defective. So now I have to go another day without my vehicle. I do however appreciate Glenn Buege body shop for offering to fix it and make it right by ordering me in a new part. Justin has been great and very helpful and patient with my work schedule. I appreciate his service and willingness to order me a new part.

I really appreciate the way Mike and the service department took care of both my car and truck at the same time. They knew I was in a predicament with both of my vehicles down and they worked quickly to get one back to me so I had something to drive. The communication from Mike was excellent. Service was quick bumper looks great. It does seem that there is a problem with one of the fog lights now. We have not looked into it further yet. Both lights worked before the repair one does not now.
