As far as the vehicle work that seems to be okay. To get ahold of this office you might as well forget it. You automatically get sent to voice-mail and even with leaving a message no one gets back to you. I did not get an update on the vehicle until it was finished. The guy who I did speak with was very nice and did apologize and stated they were having staffing issues which I totally understand. However the next day when I tried to call to let them know I was on my way and to make sure they were open I was still forwarded to voice-mail. Luckily they were still open when I got there. I will not be using this shop in the future respectfully.
