The guys working in the body shop did a great job in repairing my car. The manager Mark Allen kept me informed about the progress. He also notified Enterprize Car Rental about how long I would need to use their car, so I never had to contact them. He handled all of the arrangements with Allstate Insurance. The reason that I used Crivelli is that Allstate suggested that I bring the car there. Apparently, Allstate really likes this shop. This was a very good experience. I thank Mark and his crew for doing such a good job!

Mark Allen and is crew did a great job in repairing my car. Plus, Mark kept me updated on the progress in repairing the car. He also kept in contact with Allstate Insurance and Enterprize Car Rental. The only things that I had to do was to drop off the car and pick it up.
