I understand u could not get parts for 3 months but during that time u never called. It was always me checking. Was finally told to bring in on Sept 16th or 23rd. I picked 23rd, dropped it off in afternoon but it sat in your parking lot for 2 days before u drove it into the shop on the 25th around 2:20pm. I have a tracker on it. So it cost me an extra 2 days rental because of it. U coulded have called and told me to wait till the 25th. Plus I was once told that the part was supposed to be in the 1st wk of July and i asked if a call was made to see why late but no call was made. If u want a return customer you need to let them know what is going on without them having to check on u all the time.
