As usual, Nick and his team did a bang up (pun intended) job on my Jeep. It has been restored to a like new condition, just as if nothing eve happened. Kudos for a job well done to Golden Auto Body, Nick and his amazing team as well!

I had a car accident on January 9, and my insurance recommended Golden Auto Body for the repairs. I don't trust my car to anybody, but this time I didn't have an option, so I took my car to this auto body shop. I was received by James. He was very nice and informative since the beginning. I left my car with them for a couple of weeks, and during this time, they send me updates about the repairs regularly. The repairs lasted more than expected because there were some parts coming from the east coast. This was not Golden Auto Body's fault though. The delay was due to bad weather conditions on the other side of the country. Finally, my car was ready on February 1st and I couldn't be happier. My car looks like before it had the accident. Thank you James and Golden Auto Body team!! I appreciate the work you have done in my car, your customer service and price.

On Customer Service, keeping me informed, and the time for repairs, I give you guys a 10. But when I did get the car, it had a very strong chemical odor. Also, it seems to be driving OK so far but it does feel a little bit off. Not sure if it’s because I was used to the rental car for a week and a half and I just have to get readjusted, or if there is something that still needs to be repaired. I will keep an eye on it and let you know. Otherwise, I was very pleased with your exceptional service.
