Overall, great service and finished product. Would be a 10 but you forgot to fix my front end after I told you in detail upon our 1st meeting and I made 3 request for heat shield to be replaced over exhaust due to it falling off in accident but wasn't done. There was a clip in the trunk that was left in my trunk not snapped into place and lastly brake light is out. Going to try to replace bulb to see if it works. Other than that, the work was excellent.

Again, would have been a 10 if communication wasn't an issue regarding front end damage not completed when I came 1st time after you said it was completed and heat shields not replaced and brake light out

The car was repaired properly and met delivery schedule. Front license plate was missed, the owner was happy to order new one and installed without additional cost. The only thing I need to do was schedule another day for front license plate to be installed. The staff is friendly and nice.

We have always had positive experiences with Golden Touch. This time around, we were helped by Azan (I think that was his name). He was very very helpful. My complaint would be that the interior of the car was dirty. I had to clean the inner door handle, steering wheel and floor, as they were all smeared with greasy fingerprints, steering wheel was sticky. I would suggest not just focusing on cleaning the exterior of the car, the interior to me is equally if not more important. Especially with all of the eminent health concerns
