I paid out of pocket for the repair. $15,000. When I came to pick up the car it hadn't been washed or detailed or even buffed out. There were scratches in the fender and marks on the hood that had all been repaired. Maybe some of this stuff could have been buffed off. The guy knew it wasn't right and wanted to keep the car. Golden touch had already had the car for 4 months and I live in San Diego and had arranged to pick the car up that day. I had called around 12:30 the previous day and they said the car would be done. I was shocked that it hadn't even been washed. They were very good at keeping me updated with the car and it wasn't a problem that the car was there for so long. I just expected the repair on the car to be perfect and look great which it did not.
