Only flaw was regarding a bumper clamp that was bad. It was not part of the damage, however, I should have been advised of the bad clamp and offered the option to pay for the clamp out of pocket. At this moment the bumper does not sit perfectly. In order to have someone replace the clamp, it will now become a large cost to me
