I was given an automated text that I would receive updates on the progress of my car...didnt receive any. I was notified that my car was ready 30 minutes before closing, which did not give me enough time to return the rental car & pick up my car. I returned the rental instead of being charged an extra day. I went in late to work the following day, so I could pick up my car the first thing in the morning. I also had my windshield replaced apart from the insurance coverage. It had blue tint on the top that I dont care for or was advised that I would get. I later discovered that my windshield fluid hose was disconnected, which I'm only assuming happened when the windshield was replaced. It took me 30 minutes to figure it out & fix it myself. That being said, the body work done was satisfactory.
