2 minor setbacks that required additional planning. When my car was towed to your shop I asked “if I needed to come in” I was told “no”. The next morning I get a call that I need to come in and fill out the paperwork. Was planning on leaving town early that morning for a vacation & so therefore delaying things a bit. I was told the car part and repair would take a week, while on vacation, I receive a call that the part came earlier and would be ready in less than a week. Had to make arrangements for pick up, but I was happy that it was done and Leo was very understanding about everything
