The whole process was great. My one issue is when I got home from picking up my car I noticed that the breather hose from rear axle was left dangling.

I was asked to take my car on Monday which I did and I was told that the car would be ready in 3 days. Well the car was ready in 2 days because they weren't very busy. The reason they needed the car for 3 days was to match the color and I agreed but one problem, the paint doesn't match.

I would recommend golden coach to my friends that need car repair. Not only did they fix my repair that insurance paid for. They went over and beyond . My trunk would not close for a couple years and the man said they happened to have a trunk from a Honda Civic. So they took the lock off and it fit and it didn't even charge me I was so happy... So yes I would recommend this place to everyone

Rated low for the following reasons: Upon entering offices, staff was not warm or welcoming. Barely received a hello. When I picked up my vehicle, the two gals at front desks weren't quick to assist. I had to ask "which person can help". One was busy reading a book and honestly appeared disinterested while assisting me. For me personally, customer service is SO important, especially because patrons have options for auto body shops. When potential clients walk in they should always be greeted warmly, like their business and time is valued. I've consistently returned to Golden West Coach over the years for various repairs because your work is pristine and timely. Simply offering feedback on the importance of ensuring customers, not only sense a great energy when walking into your establishment, but to also feel seen, appreciated and valued.
