Didn’t explain to me, early on, that, if I didn’t pay my bill, in full, I couldn’t take the car. The insurance co said that if the car was done, they couldn’t pay for my rental car, anymore. They sent a check, to me, which I hadn’t gotten, yet, so, I HAD TO pay the full amount, $3,824.63, right there, if I wanted the car. I felt like I was caught between the ins co, and Golden West. What if I didn’t have the money? When I got in the car, someone had been messing with the settings, on the radio, media. I spent 1 hour with Verizon, to get the wi-fi network, between my cell phone, and my car, turned back on. Also, last year, when they worked on another car, of mine, I accidentally left an expensive pair of emerald earrings, in the center compartment. When I got the car back, they were gone! They said that, because I couldn’t prove it, it wasn’t their responsibility. Theft, messing with my radio, NOT GOOD!.
