David was an awesome contact- he kept me informed with frequent updates about the progress of my job, and I trust quality work was performed. The team actually found prior damage to my car that we hadn't known about, and fixed it along with the job I brought the car in for. Washing the car before I arrived to pick it up was also a really nice touch that I appreciated! We are very pleased with our experience at Caliber.

First, they misspelled my name then when I corrected it multiple times they never fixed it, even in this text about the survey my name is incorrect. Also, the car took a week longer than it was supposed to be ready

David was wonderful to work with. He called me frequently during the repair and kept me in the loop, something I was not expecting at all. He also coordinated with me to get my car washed before I picked it up. The rental car process was also seamless and stress free. I would go to David again should I need additional repairs. There was one small indent from the accident that was missed, but David let me know that he will work on getting that fixed for me.
