David was wonderful to work with. He called me frequently during the repair and kept me in the loop, something I was not expecting at all. He also coordinated with me to get my car washed before I picked it up. The rental car process was also seamless and stress free. I would go to David again should I need additional repairs. There was one small indent from the accident that was missed, but David let me know that he will work on getting that fixed for me.

The team is so customer-focused. I can’t remember his name (maybe Eric), shamefully, but the guy who handled my repair remembered me by name weeks later when I came in without notice. So helpful all along the way, really appreciate it
