The repair was finished earlier than scheduled, and my agent, Victor, was thorough with updates and repairs, including insurance costs. I am fully satisfied with the experience. There’s one minor “thing”: there are stains on the leather seat, and they weren’t removed just in time for the turnover. I was hoping for an executive clean-up. But that should not take away the experience of dealing with professionals who are experts in their jobs. The receptionists are helpful and friendly, and really take the time to answer my questions.

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision in Fremont after my car was hit by another driver. A special thank you to Victor Campos for taking such great care of my vehicle. From the very beginning, Victor was incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the repair process, and made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. He did an excellent job replacing my rear bumper, and the quality of the repair was outstanding. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that the exterior of my car had been cleaned when I picked it up. His attention to detail and genuine care for his customers really stood out, and he made a stressful situation much easier. I also want to thank Abbey at the front desk. She was always so sweet, friendly, and welcoming every time I visited. She greeted every customer with a smile and made the whole experience pleasant. Overall, the entire team provided exceptional customer service and high-quality work. I truly appreciate all of their hard work and would highly recommend Caliber Collision in Fremont to anyone needing auto body repairs. Thank you for making a difficult experience so much easier!

For Hugo’s rating as service advisor is 10/10 nor front lobby staff is 10/10, as well. Nowadays, it is hard to find an honest person specially in auto-body shop world. As so many bodyshop owners are trying to cut corners of course the quality of work is sacrificed then it goes horribly bad! That’s why I am lucky to meet Hugo as my service advisor he did extremely well on taking care of my Lexus repair. Everyday I got a call from him as for daily progress nor updates on where we at. Caliber Collision you must keep Hugo on your payroll he’s bringing a lot of future revenue for this company. Good luck!
