Victor always kept in contact with me regarding my car repairs. The insurance company was really hard to work with but Victor took care of all that with them. The repairs on my car look amazing. Monica at the front desk was amazing and patient with me as well. Highly recommend Caliber Collision. Thank you for dealing with this insurance company who have been so hard to communicate with. I would not recommend caliber as it was a terrible experience just trying to get the freemont shop to communicate at all. I appreciate the salinas location being prompt but if they tow ur car to another caliber location you might get ignored.

Car seemed fine then had a sensor error a few days later and the freemont location that repaired it says they will call back tomorrow every single time I call and now just putting me on hold and hanging up

Talked to the freemont location and was always told manager is busy or not there will call back tomorrow, the one time I talked to manager she said same thing I will call back tomorrow. Now I just get put on hold and eventually a full voicemall and hang up

My Experience

My wife and I are very, very happy with the Caliber team and the excellent quality of the repair. We would like to emphasize the teamwork and in particular the excellent employee named Abbey who managed most of the initial collaborations with Travelers insurance and Hugo, who completed three detailed inspections and found damage that we had not noticed (hairline lens fracture and wheel damage suggesting the need for alignment). The manager, is very nice, charming, and efficient. Unfortunately, I don’t know her name but she really deserves high marks for ensuring the frustrating ordeal completed perfectly. For excellent service, including hand wash and buffing to a showroom shine bring your damaged car to Caliber.

The Caliber team is excellent. Especially Abbey, who managed the initial collaborations with Travelers, Hugo is amazing and has eyes like the eagle to not only identify damage that I didn’t notice but to also explore solutions and consequences. The manager, whom I regret that I don’t even know her name, is very kind and personally saved me and my wife time by delivering the Mercedes to our home after repairs. That was really surprising and that is why I must give full marks to her and her team. They even hand washed and buffed the car, it looks like the showroom shine. Amazing! Wonderful!

As mentioned previously, Abbey, Hugo, and the technicians that actually did the wok and the buffing to make the Mercedes shine and the lovely, charming, and amazing manager. I would recommend Caliber to any person with a broken car body.
