They were very professional and responsive to all my concerns throughout the process. There was a problem I identified after pickup (some issue with the cruise control sensor) and they immediately had he car back and coordinated with the rental company to ensure I had a car while they fixed it. I really appreciate their service!

Fantastic experience overall, the staff were helpful and honest about the timeline and estimates.. however I would have preferred a shorter duration for the repairs than the 2 weeks taken, which was very inconvenient
