OEM and I-Car certified facility, Free courtesy vehicles, Enterprise drop off location. We are a direct repair shop for several large insurance carriers, but we work with all insurance companies. The entire process went very smoothly from my first initial contact until the very end. The communication between the shop and myself was wonderful. They called often with updates or questions and often sent text messages to check in. On the date I picked up my vehicle staff walked me through everything that was done. This was a wonderful experience and due to the staff being so helpful it reduced a lot of stress on my part.
