Not satisfied. They had the car for 4 days and the repairs were subpar.

Not satisfied with repairs. Lip on damaged area of tailgate was not painted. There was plastic on bumper which was not removed. Surface of new bumper does not match perfectly to rest of car. Film of cleaner on touchscreen of radio which I had to remove with windex.

The ease of working with Goodrich was very nice but I am not overly likely to return due to the unexpected damage to my steering wheel and the extra work done that greatly increased the cost.
