Absolutely will recommened. The staff is fantastic. Chris Zyla, Chelsea Howell, Drew and the other girl at the front desk are all amazing and friendly. Even the guy that diagnosed why my check engine light was on was super friendly and everyone was apologizing that I had to bring it back. All of these people are human and with the amount of parts they had to replace on my vehicle they took on the job and made me at ease through the whole process so coming back for something that is not easy to see, I have absolutely no problem with and definitely would recommend Goodrich to family and friends.

I was in a car accident and had no clue how to proceed. Goodrich made the process so easy. Getting in an accident is stressful enough, but the added stress of figuring out insurance and everything else was an added worry. I took my car to GAW and everything was taken care of! It was the easiest process and I was well-informed with updates regarding the work being done. I absolutely recommend Goodrich.
