I had front end damage from hitting a deer. From the initial estimate all the through the repairs, Goodrich kept me informed of the repairs through phone calls and text messages. I couldn't be happier with the work they did. They did an amazing job. Thank you again to their staff.

I was told in person and I dropped my car off on a Wednesday that I would get a call every other day to let me know how my car is doing. Then I got to text the next day saying hey we started working on your car and we'll send you more texts with what's going on with your car! Then 8 days later I get a text saying hey we figured out the day your car should be done which is the 28th which is 2 weeks to fix a new door. A new fender and a repair on the front right and one on the back door that was really small 2 weeks with not one text except when my car will be done and then they're still wind coming in my door which is so annoying going down the road
