Family owned and operated Auto body shop since 2006, that gives that at home feeling to their customers. Our goal is to provide a quality respectable service for customer vehicles in a timely fashion so that we create a lifetime customer bond. We find that communication is key being in possession of a high valued asset so we make sure that our customers are aware of the process that their vehicle is in. We always tell customers to ask question because we are not hesitant to explain the process.

Customer service could definitely use some work. When I did get updates, some staff weren't knowledgeable about my particular repair. They called to tell me I could pick my car up, although several things hadn't been done. I prefer to pick my car up when the work is completely done, as opposed to bringing it back and forth.

Job was done way before expected. Worked well with my insurance company, the prior place i got a quote from did not. I liked the texts that provide status updates, ETA’s and when the car is ready for pick up. The staff I spoke with were all friendly and helpful. Hopefully I never need collision repairs again, but if I do I will be returning.
